Some weddings are built around grand gestures and sprawling guest lists. Drew and Josie’s was built around something quieter and, in many ways, more powerful — six kids standing beside them as they became a family of eight. Set against the candlelit, greenery-draped backdrop of Vickery Village, their July celebration was simple in its palette but rich in meaning. The Planning Process

Planning their July wedding took eleven months, with Josie drawing much of her inspiration from Instagram while keeping her vision refreshingly simple.

“Everything was white with greenery and candles”

The couple envisioned a celebration that felt light, airy, romantic, and effortlessly elegant. Josie personally designed both the invitations and custom signage, adding meaningful handmade touches throughout the day.

Lisa, owner of Green Bay Bartender, served as the day-of coordinator, helping to ensure every detail came together seamlessly so the couple could simply enjoy the celebration.

When asked about her favorite design element, Josie points to a single image that captures the whole day:
